So about 10 months ago we had our 3 year old's ears pierced here and they were fantastic. Meant to leave a review then. Last week she lost an earing (white gold loop 😪) and because of the holidays took us a few days to get around to getting her a new pair. Of course the hole had closed up a bit and as brave as she was, we couldn't get the new earing in in the jewellers. As we walked past Essential Beauty I decided to ask them for help, since this is what they do all day long and have the proper tools and setup. Talia was amazing!! Popped Hannah on the bed, sprayed some numbing spray, and after a little bit of fiddling got the new earing in. All the time talking to her, explaining what she was doing and distracting her. And then gave Hannah another Teddy bear backpack for bravery! Just fantastic service and a lovely human being.

I’m not sure of the women’s name who did my nose piercing but I came in with my husband and baby as support as I was very nervous and the piercer completely put my mind at ease, both the women working were so friendly and reassuring, I forgot to ask their names but I’d 100% recommend going to them again based on the interaction alone. 15 years of debating if I should do it or not and I’m so glad I chose here
